Patrick Briffa

Patrick’s experience in professional bar tendering goes back to 1983, a remarkable one indeed and his impressive touch in the cocktail making is a daily run-of-the-mill.

He didn’t rely to his inborn talent so to ameliorate and boost this art and trade he attended several seminars an d courses namely EDC-IBA, history of beverage, beverage service, crating cocktails and much more.

He is an active member of the Maltese Bartenders Guild since 1993 where he achieved highly in cocktail competitions not just by good placing but winning not less than 8., 6 of which were as the Maltese representative in the International Finals during the World Cocktail Competitions held in Japan, Portugal, Sweden, Brazil, Finaland and Taiwan. Apart from these he represented Malta in Monaco and Monte Carlo.
His working experience entailed Patrick to work and manage several bars in hotels namely Le Meridien, Suncrest and Radisson Baypoint where he left his mark too thanks to his dedication, responsibility and love for the job.
